Emmerdale Spoilers: Laurel Makes A HUGE Mistake, Will It Cost Her Her Son?

Laurel Thomas’ life is experiencing shockwave after shockwave these days, reveal Emmerdale Spoilers. She was still struggling to come to terms with her drawn-out divorce from Jai Sharma when she decided to busy herself with other activities. Laurel has been busy helping Charles and Claudette arrange the harvest fest.

However, amid the intense clashes of opinions, sparks started to between Laurel and Charles. The two couldn’t contain their passion and lept into a hookup. Unfortunately, Laurel’s son, Arthur, walked in and caught them in the act. Thankfully, Arthur agreed to keep the hookup a secret at his mother’s behest.

Sadly, Emmerdale spoilers reveal that Laurel fails to reciprocate the same grace towards Arthur when a secret of his spills out. Even previously, Laurel had failed to see eye-to-eye with her son over his recent flings. She was in utter shock when Jai Sharma told him that he saw Arthur with a boy. It was later revealed that Arthur had arranged the meeting through a hook-up app.

Now, in the upcoming episodes, Laurel overhears Arthur claiming that he had sex with John Sugden. Laurel is gobsmacked at the possibility that her underage son is having sexual relations with an older man. She storms off to confront John and creates a scene. However, he denies all accusations, and it is soon revealed that Arthur had been lying.

The young lad is mortified when his lies are exposed, that too by his own mother. This is most certainly going to prove to be a breaking point in the mother-son relationship.
