Emmerdale regular left fighting for his life leaving wife devastated

Emmerdale aired a shock scene for one villager on Thursday evening as they were rushed to hospital with their condition currently unknown

Only hours before he was taken away in an ambulance, Mackenzie found himself face to face with a bull while working on Moira Dingle’s (Natalie J. Robb) farm.

As the animal clocked his exit out of the barn, Mack tried to run away and he jumped over a locked gate landing on his head – consequently knocking himself unconcious.

Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) found his pal laying motionless on the floor before Mack regained conciousness.

But he was convinced John Sugden (played by new arrival Oliver Farnworth) had something to do with what happened – as the pair have had a strong rivalry since he arrived.

Mack managed to muster enough strength walk away from the farm, but during a conversation with Nate and Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) he appeared forgetful before heading home.

Later, when he arrived, Mack left his partner Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) terrified when he suddenly collapses.

As Mack is rushed into the back of an ambulance Charity is confused about her husband’s condition.

“He seemed absolutely fine one minute and then just white and woozy, and collapsed on the floor”, she told Aaron.

She then warned Aaron that Mack “better be ok”, after he explained John’s prank with the bull.

But Emmerdale fans are convinced Mack and his sister Moira, who is also experiencing forgetfulness, are being spiked in a dark twist.

Taking to X, one fan wrote: “#Emmerdale I reckon someone’s secretly drugging Mack and Moira.”

A second stated: “Mack and Moira both going floppy. Coincidence? I think not! #emmerdale.”

A third chimed in: “#Emmerdale Mack and Moira! Brother and sister both poorly!”

“#Emmerdale There’s a link between whatever is wrong with Moira and Mack, either something genetic or something dodgy at the farm??”, asked another.
